Beware of Counterfeits
Shop with Confidence: Buy Only from Our Official Channels
Our customers trust us for quality hair extensions, and we want to keep it that way. Lookalike websites are appearing online, and some take payment for products that never arrive or aren't ours. Here is how to make sure you're buying from us.
Where to Shop Right Now
✅ sunnyhairpro.com – Our official website for both retail and wholesale orders, including salon professionals and business buyers. It is currently the one place to shop on our own site. It features our virgin hair collection.
The same company also operates our official stores on Amazon and TikTok Shop, which feature our Remy hair collection. The two collections are different product lines with different price points.
What’s The Difference Between Virgin Hair And Remy Hair?
Our Other Official Domains
- sunnyextensions.com – Our retail website. It is temporarily unavailable, and retail orders are handled at sunnyhairpro.com in the meantime. We'll announce here when it returns.
- g-sunny.com – Our customer service domain. Our team's emails come from this address.
If a website isn't on this page, it isn't ours, even if it claims to be our "new" or "relocated" store.
How to Spot a Fake Website
Take a few seconds to check before you pay:
- The domain is the proof. Look for extra words, letters, hyphens, or unusual endings. For example, sunnyhairtop[dot]com is not affiliated with us. We are taking legal action to have it taken down.
- Logos and photos can be copied. A site that looks like ours may not be ours.
- Pricing that doesn't match the product. Our collections are priced differently by design. Compare like with like, and be cautious of any unfamiliar site selling our virgin collection well below our website's prices.
- Be cautious with unsolicited links. Check the address of any ad, DM, or email before you click, especially from unverified accounts.
Not Sure? Ask Us First
Email service@g-sunny.com or service@sunnyhairpro.com with the website address, and we'll confirm whether it's ours. We're happy to check.
Already Ordered from a Suspicious Site?
